“Old man it’s my time to strike now! Take this!” Leon scoffed.
He wielded powerful energy in his hand and charged at Gaston.
Though the Earthly Plunder from earlier had already injured Gaston the fact that Gaston tried to bully
him like Aurelia and Bucky did and even demanded he break his arm enraged Leon.
He was not a pushover and intended to use this opportunity to teach Gaston a lesson to prevent him
from bullying others in the future.
“Oh no!’ Gaston paled when he sensed Leon’s powerful attack.
Though he did not know how Leon managed to defeat him he knew that he was no match for Leon
when they faced each other head-on.
Now that he was already injured on the shoulder he could not move his arm and there was no way that
he could fight Leon.
Not daring to face Leon head-on he darted aside and attempted to dodge Leon’s attack with his speed
advantage.
However Leon seemed to have seen through his intention and launched the Phantom Steps instead.
Leon’s speed increased by folds and no matter how he backed away Leon’s attack continued to
approach.
Whatever he did he could not seem to dodge Leon’s attack.
“Kid don’t you dare!” The two elderly men finally leaped into action just as Leon’s attack was about to
land on Gaston.
Not daring to delay they leaped into the air and each launched a powerful attack against Leon from
each side to force Leon into giving up.
“The Initial Almighty State!” Leon’s expression darkened when he sensed the two elderly men were in
the Initial Almighty State from their true energy.
This caught him by surprise.
Though the Mirror of Sovereign could fend off attacks from martial artists in the Initial Almighty State or
below and these men may not succeed in breaking past his defense they were attacking from both
sides.
As powerful as the Mirror of Sovereign could be it could not possibly fend off attacks from two different
directions.
Not daring to take the attacks head-on he could only give up on his pursuit of Gaston.
With the Phantom Steps he intended to shake the elderly men off.
however they were too close to one another. On top of that the two elderly men were both in the
Almighty State.
Though Leon dodged in time he could not completely get away from their range and the attack from
the right brushed past Leon’s chest
Leon backed away a few steps before steadying himself. Thankfully he was protected by the Mirror of
Sovereign and merely pushed backward by the impact.
