“Um Milo I’ll stall him. Leave! Once you get back tell the Western Boss about what happened and get
him to send reinforcement.” Diego made the decision swiftly.
He knew that Leon was likely in the initial Almighty State and because Leon possessed an Almighty-
level tool it would be impossible for the three of them to capture him.
Hence he instantly decided to retreat.
However Leon was too formidable and it was almost impossible for them to get away unscathed.
Therefore he decided to stay back and stall to get Milo a chance to escape.
Enzo on the other hand suffered too many injuries to escape.
He could only give up on Enzo and place all hope on Milo.
So long as Milo escaped and reported the situation to the Western Boss and Felton this could alert
them and prevent them from underestimating Leon in the future.
On top of that plenty of formidable martial artists worked for the Western Boss and there were
numerous people in the Initial and Intermediate Almighty State.
Leon could not possibly rival them all.
Once Milo escaped safely the Western Boss would surely send stronger martial artists to rescue Diego
and Enzo.
That way all issues would be resolved.
“Alright!” Milo was relieved.
After witnessing what Leon was capable of he was slightly terrified of Leon.
He completely lost the will to fight and wanted to retreat so he was glad that Diago told him to run.
Without hesitation he turned and ran for the door.
“Running already? Not so soon!” Leon sneered and stepped forward to grab Milo at the speed of
lightning.
“Kid it’s me you need to deal with. Take this! Gold Shattering Blow!’ Diego reacted swiftly.
Before Leon could get any closer he launched the Gold Shattering Blow at Leon to stop him from going
after Milo.
“Out of my way!” Leon scoffed and shifted into the Earthly Plunder.
His energy formed a sharp blade at the tip of his finger that countered Diego’s Gold Shattering Blow.
Diego was injured by this technique earlier so he knew just how powerful it was.
Not daring to take it head-on he dodged Leon’s attack and closed in the distance again.
Constantly changing his movements he stalled Leon to buy time for Milo.
He guessed that Leon was likely on the same level as him which meant he was in the Initial Almighty
state.
Though Leon had a powerful defensive tool and Diego could not beat that stalling Leon should not be
challenging.
