‘Fifty-fifty Huh?” Everyone’s eyes widened.
They all knew the potential hidden within Cynthion Group. If they could obtain an equal share of the
total profit they could profit handsomely without doing much.
However this was a rather harsh condition for Cynthion Group so there was no way that Hugh would
accept it.
Still what Jayden said made sense.
Cynthion Group had no connection in the western region and if they wished to expand they would
have to work with one of them.
So long as everyone proposed the same condition Cynthion Group would have no choice but to accept
it.
“No way! Uncle fifty-fifty is too harsh. Mister Wolf would never agree to it” Hugo was shocked and
argued.
He knew that Jayden was a selfish person who was constantly trying to obtain more profit from Leon.
On top of that Caleb and the elders hesitated to confirm the partnership mainly because they were
under Jayden’s influence.
Both he and Renee worked so hard to finally convince Caleb and the elders to accept the terms.
Still Jayden refused to give up and even tried to team up with others to corner Leon.
It was simply too naive of him.
‘Why not? So long as we all offer the same Hugh will have no choice but to accept unless he and
Cynthion Group intend to give up on expanding to the western region.” Jayden scoffed.
He knew that Hugh came to expand and establish a branch in the western region.
This was the plan for Cynthion Group so there was no way that they would give up so easily.
Hence he was not at all worried.
‘Yeah Mister Morrison’s right!”
‘For our benefit we can all work together and gamble on this.”
Quite a few people agreed along.
They were convinced and wanted to try Jayden’s method to adjust the profit division to fifty-fifty.
If they succeeded they could profit more. If they failed they had nothing to lose.
But” Hugo wanted to argue but was interrupted by Jayden before he could speak.
‘There’s no ‘but’! It’s settled then. Alright let’s all leave and wait for Hugh to come begging. Then it’s
up to luck to see which one of US secure the right to work with Cynthion Group.” Jayden took the
opportunity to conclude.
“Sure!”

A few people were tired of waiting and agreed with Jayden so they prepared to leave.
Others such as Elder Daglesh and Jensen did not quite agree with Jayden’s point of view.
They felt the same as Hugo and thought that it was unrealistic to expect even a division of profit.
However most of the people were already convinced.
With his status considered Elder Daglesh could not quite argue with the others.
Since there was no telling when Hugh would return he could only accept this and decided to return
home for now.
However before they could leave the situation took a sudden change.
Just then they heard footsteps approaching and Leon finally returned.
