“What? Are they all waiting for Hugh?” Realization dawned on Diego.
He knew that Hugh’s room lay ahead and all these people were likely waiting for Hugh.
Still he soon felt that something was off.
Leon was merely an insignificant young man so there was no reason for all these influential figures to
wait outside his room.
It seemed impossible.
“Milo are you sure that is Hugh’s room? Can you be mistaken?” A thought crossed his mind and he
turned to Milo suspecting that there was an issue with his investigation.
Enzo felt the same and turned to Milo in confusion.
“No! Sir I investigated in detail and there can’t be any mistake. I guarantee that we are looking at
Hugh’s room right now” Milo said confidently.
“Well” Both Diego and Enzo were stunned.
They knew that Milo was a cautious man and it was unlikely that he was mistaken.
Since he was certain the room ahead probably belonged to Hugh which meant that Caleb and the
others were all waiting for Hugh.
How was that possible?
None of them could understand how a young lad like Hugh had all these powerful figures waiting
outside his room and this completely changed the way they viewed Hugh.
For a moment they questioned everything they knew.
“Damn it! Sir what should we do now? Should we go and capture Hugh?” Enzo snapped out of it and
asked his face pale.
“How exactly are we going to capture him? With all these people around any one of them could easily
kill us! They will take US down before we can even reach Hugh!” Diego said darkly.
“Well” Enzo and Milo fell into silence as they knew Diego was right.
Both Caleb and Elder Daglesh were heads of powerful families and they were all in the Intermediate
Almighty state or above.
Caleb even reached the Advanced Almighty state making him even more powerful than the Western
Boss.
With so many formidable figures waiting outside Leon’s room they must have a death wish to try and
do anything to Hug.
“Forget it. Something isn’t right about this kid! Let’s head back and report this to Western Boss. He will
make the call!” Diego said thoughtfully.
With Caleb and Elder Daglesh around he dared not to capture Hugh and intended to plan his next step
after reporting this to the Western Boss.
“Sure!” Enzo and Milo were both relieved.
All these formidable martial artists before them left them feeling intimidated so they desperately wished
they could get away before something went wrong.
Not daring to get any closer they immediately retraced their track and left.
Ironically they all assumed that Leon was just a young man and no one saw him as a threat.
As they left they were as embarrassed as they were confident earlier.
