“Elder Daglesh since you are interested in working with Cynthion Group let’s compete fairly. I’m sure
Mister Wolf will make the wise choice!” Caleb said.
Though he did not want to get into a competition with these powerful families he could not stop others
from pursuing their gains and could only accept the situation.
Since the Morrisons were the most powerful family in the Western region they surpassed other families
in terms of influence and power.
As the head of the Morrisons he did not fear competition and challenge.
“Thankyou for understanding Elder Morrison! Let the best win!” Elder Daglesh smiled.
Seeing as Caleb did not get upset the others sighed breaths of relief.
Though they had enough power and did not fear the Morrisons the Morrisons were not ones they
wanted to cross if possible.
Since Caleb understood their positions this was an ideal situation.
“Grandfather let’s focus on the important thing! Let’s go and meet Mister Wolf to continue the
negotiation!” Hugo changed the subject.
“Sure” Caleb said.
Suddenly Jensen spoke up “That won’t be necessary Elder
Morrison. Mister Wolf isn’t here so there’s no point for you to go in” he reminded.
“Mister Wolf isn’t here? Where did he go?” Caleb blurted out.
“We don’t know. The hotel staff said he went out early in the morning and no one knew where he went”
Jensen shook his head.
When he and the others arrived they all asked the hotel staff about Leon.
They were told that Leon was not around and since they did not get Leon’s number none of them could
reach him at the moment.
Hence they could only wait for Leon to return.
“I see!” Caleb finally realized why everyone was waiting outside the door.
“Father since Mister Wolf isn’t in there let’s just go home!” Jayden said.
He regretted coming with Caleb to meet Hugh and upon learning that Hugh was not around he
instantly wanted to leave.
“What’s the rush?” Caleb shot him a displeased look and ignored him turning to Hugo. “Hugo you
should have Mister Wolf’s number right? Call him and ask him about it.”
“Oh okay” Hugo said and took out his phone to call Leon.
Once the call was answered Hugo asked Leon about the situation and after a brief conversation they
ended the call.
“Hugo what did Mister Wolf say?” Caleb urged.
The others were all turning to Hugo eager to know where Leon went and when he would be back.
