“Wait that’s not right! I heard that the Southern Boss and the Spears were destroyed by the
Thompsons! What does that have to do with Leon?” Jayden questioned.
The Spears were one of the most powerful forces in the southern region and the Southern Boss was
the ruler of the underground community.
Ever since the Spears’ downfall the Southern Boss fled with severe injury and this caused quite a stir
in the southern region.
However since the Thompsons were involved and Leon preferred to keep a low profile most people
thought that the Thompsons were responsible.
The southern region was connected to the western region so some of the more alert families in the
western region already learned about the incident.
The Morrisons were no exception. Jayden caught rumors that the Southern Boss was missing and the
Spears were destroyed a few days ago but it was rumored to be the work of the Thompsons.
However Caleb now claimed it was Leon who injured the Southern Boss.
This contradicted the rumors and Jayden was baffled.
“Yeah! Caleb people are saying that the Thompsons did that. How is that related to Leon and Cynthion
Group?” “Are you mistaken?”
Realization dawned on the elders.
They all heard that the Thompsons brought about the downfall of the Spears.
The Thompsons were the most powerful family and they were always at odds with the Southern Boss.
The Thompsons were just as influential and powerful as the Spears. Hence it seemed believable that
the Thompsons destroyed the Spears.
However Leon was just a young boy with no powerful family to back him up. Hence they could not
bring themselves to believe that he had what it took to defeat the Southern Boss.
They all just dismissed it as a misunderstanding as that was the only reasonable explanation.
“I’m not mistaken. I’ve heard that the Thompsons destroyed the Spears as well. At first I thought it was
the work of the Thompsons as well. But when the third elder called me earlier he emphasized that that
was just speculation. The truth was that Leon defeated the Southern Boss and the Spears” Caleb said.
“But could the third elder be mistaken then?” Jayden asked unable to believe that a young boy had
what it took to defeat the Southern Boss and the Spears.
“Yeah!” “Maybe he just got the wrong information!”
The elders agreed along.
