Chapter 2567

“Nonsense! We are Jaxon’s family and we won’t ever harm him. You on the other hand keep stopping

us from sending him to the hospital. What exactly are you plotting?” Romeo roared.

Like Roman he also did not believe in Leon’s skill and since he firmly believed Leon to be the culprit

there was no way he would hand Jaxon over to Leon.

“Yeah!”

“Kid if you want to prove your innocence follow us to the hospital. Don’t stop us from sending Jaxon to

help!”

“Once the doctor cures Jaxon he will tell us the truth!”

The two elders agreed along.

Seeing how stubborn they were Leon was furious. “Why you…”

They first falsely accused him of killing Jaxon and the guards and now they were preventing him from

treating Jaxon.

Though Leon was often quite tolerant he was starting to lose patience.

For a moment he even thought of handing Jaxon over to the Feaks and let them reap what they sow.

However he knew he could not do such a thing.

Jaxon’s survival was the priority at the moment and his injuries were too severe for him to be moved.

If the Feaks moved him Jaxon would likely die on the way to the hospital.

As a doctor Leon could not watch as the Feaks got Jaxon killed.

On the other hand the Feaks insisted that he was the culprit and if Jaxon died Leon would likely be

blamed and proving his innocence would only be more challenging.

This was hardly what he wished to see.

“Alright that’s enough! Romeo send Jaxon to the hospital right now. Elders get Mister Wolf to come

with us. Before he is proven innocent he is not allowed to move at all.” Roman knew that time was of

the essence and commanded the others right away.

“Yes!” Romeo ignored Leon and reached out to get Jaxon off the ground.

“Stop! You are going to get him killed! I won’t let you do this! ” Leon was provoked by their

stubbornness. Without hesitation he waved his arm and sent out a wave of powerful energy that

overwhelmed Romeo in an instant.

Baam!

Romeo was caught by surprise and before he had the chance to react he was sent flying.

Thankfully Leon held back and he did not suffer any injury.

“Kid how dare you?” Roman was furious.

He already thought that Leon was responsible and Leon’s action in stopping them from sending Jaxon

to the hospital appeared like he was trying to get Jaxon killed on purpose.

Roman refused to let Leon do as he pleased and launched a powerful attack at him without hesitation.

He prepared to defeat Leon first and wait until Jaxon woke up to determine if Leon was the culprit.

When a wife cheats on their husband and gets pregnant with another man's child, the husband will usually chase her out of the home and ask for a divorce. However, Leon Wolf's situation is a little different. He is 26 years old this year, and he has been married for three years. He lives with his wife and her family who treat him like a slave most of the time. One day, his wife told him that she got pregnant, and he was chased out of the home. Filled with resentment and humiliation over how he had been treated, he found himself wandering all the way to the cemetery, where he saw two men attempting to assassinate a beautiful woman. In his bid to save her, Leon received a fatal stab wound on his chest and dragged one of the men with him into a nearby river… Leon did not resurface even though the woman had waited for a long time, so she believed that Leon had probably drowned. Before she left, she called out optimistically to the river, "My name is Iris Young. If you're still alive, come and see me sometime…" Beneath the water's surface, a soft voice said, "Iris… What a beautiful name…"
