“He asked for this! It’s all his fault.” Jacob sneered coldly.

He was jealous of Leon for being the boyfriend of the most beautiful woman in the western region.

He underestimated Leon and even tried to set him up during the bouquet only to fail which added to his resentment toward Leon.

If only Ariella did not insist on warning Leon Jacob would have never come back.

“Jacob what are you talking about? Felton is trying to bully Mister Wolf. It’s bad enough that you are not trying to help. How can you mock him?” Ariella glared at him.

“That’s right! Jacob what’s wrong with you? What issue do you have with Hugh? What has he done to you?” Renee was displeased as well.

“I-” Jacob’s face flushed when Ariella and Renee protected Leon. “I’m not mocking him. I’m just telling it as it is! If he didn’t act so arrogant and provoke Felton in the bouquet Felton couldn’t possibly come looking for trouble.” He scoffed.

“Well” Both Ariella and Renee were instantly rendered speechless because Jacob was telling the truth.

Leon provoked Felton multiple times in the bouquet and embarrassed him in public. If Leon refrained he would not have enraged Felton.

“Forget it! There’s no point in discussing that now! Renee just try and figure out a way to avoid Felton” Ariella changed the subject.

“Well” Renee fell silent and considered solutions.

“It’s fine. I have nothing to fear from Felton! Miss Morrison let’s just go to the car. I’ll teach him a lesson if Felton comes looking fortrouble!” Leon scoffed not at all afraid of Felton.

Fearlessly he strode forward to the parking lot.

“What?”

“Have you gone mad?”

Both Ariella and Renee were shocked.

Renee grabbed Leon’s arm and stopped him without hesitation.

She knew that Felton was her pursuer and considering her identity as the eldest daughter of the Morrisons Felton would not dare to harm her.

However the same could not be said about Leon.

Felton resented Leon for embarrassing him in the bouquet and if Leon headed straight to the parking lot he would be doomed when he ran into Felton.

Leon was an important guest of the Morrisons and Renee was the one who invited Leon to the bouquet so she had to be responsible for sending him back safely.
