“It’s fine. Don’t worry Mister Feaks. As powerful as the Western Boss may be he is still under the control of the Dragon Corps! If you sell me the Rainbow Flower the Dragon Corps will keep him in check!” Leon said.
“Well I suppose you’re right!” Jaxon considered it and realized Leon was right.
The Dragon Corps was a special force that included countless powerful martial artists. So long as he secretly sells the Rainbow Flower to Leon Felton and the Western Boss would only pick on the Feaks to vent their frustration. Under the Dragon Corps’ control they would not be able to cause any actual damage.
“Mister Wolf forgive me for being blunt but this is a rather big deal and I still need to talk to my grandfather about the details! It’s getting late so you can go home to rest! You can come to me tomorrow morning and I’ll take you to my grandfather. Don’t worry. So long as the Sun Pills can get martial artists in the Semi-Almighty State to the Almighty State my grandfather will agree to trade with the Rainbow Flower” Jaxon said thoughtfully.
He informed Felton that he would keep Felton informed in three days. If he sold the
Rainbow Flower to Leon in private this would enrage Felton and the Feaks would face the wrath of the Western Boss.
Hence he needed to seek approval from his grandfather for the final decision.
Moreover he did not see with his own eyes what the Sun Pill could actually do and Leon was merely claiming that it would get martial artists in the Semi-Almighty State to the Almighty State.
There was no way that Jaxon would risk enraging Felton and the Fermers and hand Leon the Rainbow Flower over an empty promise.
He intended to take Leon to his grandfather the next day so that he could prove the effect of the Sun Pill
If the Sun Pill could indeed get martial artists in the SemiAlmighty State to the Almighty State his grandfather would surely agree to the trade and all issues would be resolved.
“Alright it’s settled then!” Leon was overjoyed and felt relieved.
Though Jaxon did not agree to the trade right away but he agreed to take Leon to his grandfather for negotiation.
This would achieve Leon’s goal so he did not need to rush things.
“Mister Feaks I’ll take my leave now then! See you tomorrow morning.” Since there was no other reason for him to stay Leon bid his farewell to Jaxon.
“Sure! Goodbye Mister Wolf Miss Morrison” Jaxon said with a smile.
With that he watched as Leon and Renee left the hall.
