“You just won’t give up! Remember what you said! If the Pure Energy Pill doesn’t get Miss Oxford to the Overlord State I won’t spare you!” Felton scoffed his eyes shimmering with a malicious glint.
Since the Premium Energy Nurturing Pill worked perfectly everyone else sided with Leon and Felton had no other excuse to pick on him.
This frustrated him. However Leon seemed to have gotten cocky and started bragging about the Pure Energy Pill. On top of that he even planned to test it on Ariella.
From Felton’s perspective Leon was asking for humiliation and he was not going to let this chance go.
“As if you can do anything to me. What a joke!” Leon scoffed and glanced at him in contempt.
“Don’t get cocky kid! You keep bragging about the effect of the Pure Energy Pill and treating us like fools. If the Pure Energy Pill doesn’t get Miss Oxford through the bottleneck of her training I’ll make sure you suffer for this!”
Felton could not bear Leon’s contemptuous tone and his expression darkened further.
Still the test had not even started yet so he suppressed his anger and produced an excuse to pick on Leon later on.
Once Ariella failed he could take the opportunity to teach Leon a lesson. With an excuse to do so the others would not be able to stop him.
“Forget it! Mister Wolf since you don’t have the Supreme Pure Energy Pill with you let’s test this another time!” Jensen saw through Felton’s plan and suggested.
He was grateful that Leon offered him the premium Energy Nurturing Pill that got him to the Emperor State. Hence he did not want Leon to be armed.
With that in mind he tried to convince Leon to give up on the test. Otherwise Felton would cause trouble once Ariella failed and this would not benefit Leon in any way.
“Mister Daglesh what are you doing? He gave us his words and promised to let Miss Oxford try the pill in front of us all. Are you trying to make him break his promise?” Felton said clearly displeased by Jensen’s repeated attempt to protect Leon.
“I-” Jensen opened his mouth and found himself rendered speechless.
“Mister Daglesh thank you! Don’t worry. I know what I’m doing. Since everyone wants to witness the effect of the Pure Energy Pill I’ll have Miss Oxford try it!” Leon said calmly.
He knew that Jensen was worried about failing and wanted to give him an excuse to give up. However Leon was confident in the Pure Energy Pill. On top of that he already made a promise in public and could not go back on his words.
“But alright then.” Seeing as Leon insisted Jensen could only give up.
However he decided that he would try to protect Leon from Felton even if Ariella failed to get through the bottleneck of her training. This would serve as his way to show gratitude.
