The Grand Apostle and the others realized something. They were all confused about how Leon managed to defeat the Forth Apostle who was in the Intermediate Almighty State. Until this moment they knew Leon won by relying on a defensive tool.

“How cunning?!” The Grand Apostle muttered and instantly gave up on facing Leon head-on. Instead he evaded Leon’s attack swiftly before proceeding to dart around.
Since Leon could not compare to the Grand Apostle in speed and the Grand Apostle refused to face him directly Leon struggled to defeat him and the two were instantly involved in a heated battle.
“As expected!” The Southern Boss sneered.
He already guessed that Leon had a defensive tool in the Almighty State but it was nothing but speculation until it was confirmed by how Leon struggled to catch up to the Grand Apostle’s speed.
The Spears and the Hiltons too noticed the same thing. Though the defensive tool was powerful most treasure could only be used up to three times in a limited period so the Grand Apostle could easily break through Leon’s defense and kill him.
With that thought in mind they all sighed in relief.
“Oh no! Seems like we’ve overestimated Mister Wolf.”
Contrary to the Southern Boss’s delight the Thompsons’ hearts sank.
Arthur initially thought that Leon reached the Intermediate Almighty State and was contemplating if he should trust Leon only to realize that he overestimated Leon after hearing what the Southern Boss had to say.
On top of that since the Grand Apostle now knew about Leon’s weakness Leon would likely struggle to defeat the Grand Apostle not to mention defeating all of the Four Apostles.
Arthur instantly concluded that he and the Thompsons would all be doomed if he followed Leon’s plan.
However amid his disappointment what happened next shook everyone to the core.
