After the sales drive, all the families, including the Hughes and Thompsons, left.
Patrick and the Shears were the only ones left along with Hugo and his men.
Once everyone was gone Hugo approached Leon.
“Mister Morrison aren’t you going back to the western region now that the sales drive is over?” Leon asked in confusion.
“Mister Wolf there’s something I’d like to discuss with you in person. Can I borrow some of your time?” Hugo said and glanced at the Shears hesitantly.
“Oh. These people are my family. You can speak freely” Leon replied.
“Well… I’ll get straight to the point then! Mister Wolf I’ve just witnessed the power of the alchemical pills from Cynthion Group. I’m impressed! I am wondering if you have any plans to expand to the western region. If so I’d like to represent the Morrisons and discuss our potential partnership…” Hugo explained.
After Roanne’s display Hugo was able to witness the power of the Supreme Pure Energy Pills and the Cleansing Pills.
Hugo had gotten lucky and managed to purchase three Pure Energy Pills and 200 Energy Nurturing Pills.
He had taken an Energy Nurturing Pill earlier and the effect was far more powerful than he had imagined which made him realize the potential and business value of the alchemical pills.
If the Morrisons could work with Cynthion Group’s expansion to the western region or sell the pills in Cynthion Group’s place the Morrisons would benefit greatly. That was the reason Hugo stayed behind.
“Expand to the western region?” Leon’s eyes lit up and he exchanged soulful looks with Cynthia.
Cynthion Group had made its name known in the southern region and achieved great success. From a strategic point of view it made business sense to expand their business to other regions of Sky County.
Morrisons were the head of all families in the western region with extensive influence and power. If Cynthion Group agreed to partner with the Morrisons it would be much easier to achieve greater success in the western region.
“What do you think Mister Wolf?” Hugo asked in anticipation.
“Mister Morrison allow me to consider your proposal…” Leon said thoughtfully.
“Consider? Mister Wolf this is a mutually beneficial deal. What is there to consider? If you are worried about profit rest assured that the Morrisons are more than willing to make any compromise!” Hugo asked anxiously in response to Leon’s carefree demeanor.
The alchemical pills sold by Cynthion Group worked miraculously. Once Leon decides to enter the western region market most of the families in the region would compete for a chance to work with the company and Leon might not necessarily choose to work with the Morrisons.
Hence Hugo desperately wished for Leon to give him a confirmation to avoid missing out on such a great opportunity.
