Episode 1308. If the other person is you, you have to give in. (2)
In order to close the path that Namgung Dowi had clearly opened, the warriors of Sapaeryun grabbed their spears and quickly jumped in front of Hyeyeon.
Okay.
Hyeyeon instinctively swept back the hem of the lyrics hanging down in front of her.
It’s something I’ve been doing habitually since I started wearing Shaolin’s robes and practicing martial arts.
Even though he now wears black robes instead of the Shaolin yellow robes, that habit has not gone away.
This may be proof that what he learned and mastered in Shaolin still remains within him.
Cooung.
Hyeyeon, who took a short step forward, thrust her fist into the air three times in a row.
The wind created by the extremely short and powerful blow struck those who jumped forward at once.
“OMG! “I really should have gone to Shaolin!”
“Shut up!”
Hyeyeon’s face turned red.
To be honest, he still felt a little uncomfortable with those people.
It’s not because I don’t like it.
This is because the speed at which they live and the speed at which Hyeyeon lives are very different.
“Aaaaaah!”
One of the enemies had his eyes flashing with madness and struck Hyeyeon with his sword in front of her.
Seeing Hyeyeon’s power, they could have been scared and ran away, but since they had also received thorough training, they instead rushed at them with venom.
‘It is vain.’
Hyeyeon stretched out her fist again.
The golden flame that had gathered in his fist stretched out at once and swept away the person who was running towards him in an instant.
“Aaaahhh!”
With a scream, the body flies away as if caught in a torrent of water.
At first glance, it seems natural that the man would turn into a blood clot and die a miserable death, but despite the terrible screams, there was no significant trauma to the man’s body.
The Fist of Shaolin is the Fist of Mercy.
Anyway, life passes by in a moment.
What is the meaning of sharing good and evil within it?
The person who is better than anyone else now may have been a wicked person at some point in his past life, and the person who is worse than anyone else today may have been someone who gave up his life for others in his past life.
Therefore, the Buddha’s unconditional mercy toward all living beings should not discriminate between good and evil people.
Good people must be shown mercy because they are good, and evil people must be shown greater mercy because they are evil.
‘Amitabha Buddha.’
But…
“Die, you bastard!”
At that moment, enemies attacked from three sides of Hyeyeon.
Hyeyeon’s feet crossed each other in that brief moment, and at the same time, his body rotated half a turn.
widely! Percussion!
Hyeyeon threw away the incoming spear and struck the side of the sword before slamming her fist into the opponent’s chest.
Tooung! Touuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!
Na Han-kwon (羅漢拳). The oldest and most venerable fighting method, which together with the Sanghyeong Kwon (象形拳) was the starting point of Jungwon fighting, was reproduced in near-perfect form at Hyeyeon’s fingertips.
Since Hyeyeon has such a deep history, only the strength of her power is highlighted.
But that power also starts out as just a fist.
Only those who have mastered Arhat can handle Buddha power.
Touuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!
Hyeyeon’s fist crushed the opponent’s chest.
A sad light momentarily passed through his clear, large eyes.
A person with a caved in chest collapsed on the spot, blood pouring from the mouth.
Hyeyeon took a step forward without looking at him.
‘Amitabha Buddha.’
Did he die? I can not know.
His circle still embraces mercy, but it is not deep enough to be considerate and protect everyone, even those who rush at him at the risk of death.
Perhaps he has now opened the world of death once again.
He may have taken another life.
‘Buddha.’
Know.
Buddha is not omnipotent and can solve all problems.
Only people can solve it. A person who worries, wonders, and suffers hardships.
But at times like this, I really wanted to ask.
Even if Buddha is just a being who looks down, he attained enlightenment a long time ago.
So, you probably know more than yourself.
Is it really right for a Buddhist who is not supposed to kill to open up the practice of killing in order to save more people?
Is it really right for people wearing robes to fight with others and destroy them?
Is he really on the right path as a Buddhist now?
“Stop it! Stop it at all costs!”
About a dozen sharp chain scythes flew in with the force of tearing Hyeyeon’s whole body to shreds.
If any one of them touches him, the blade sharpened with malice will cut into his flesh and crush his bones.
However, Hyeyeon slowly opened her hands without any sign of urgency.
Hyeyeon’s left arm was positioned in front of her lower abdomen, and her right arm was spread out above her right breast.
It is the shape of Avalokitesvara. Soon, Hyeyeon’s Wushu drew countless images around her body.
Gwaneumsu (seeing sound hand).
The scene was like the thousand-armed Avalokitesvara spreading out a thousand arms at the same time.
The wall made of Jang Young’s shadow pushed away, bounced, and gently deflected everything that flew in.
“What…”
Even those who had been thoroughly trained to kill the enemy were momentarily mesmerized by the overwhelming sight.
And the golden power that broke through the wall of Jangyoung exploded in their hearts.
“Kaaaaaaak!”
Those who had been beaten fell and rolled around, blood spurting from their mouths.
Hyeyeon’s mind was filled with agony as she took another step forward.
I chanted like a habit.
“Amitabha Buddha.”
According to Buddha’s teachings, there is no meaning in dividing good and evil.
However, if you are a Buddhist, you must naturally follow Zen.
The life we are experiencing is so insignificant that it is only a fleeting moment in a cycle that lasts for eons.
However, life, which is the center of life, is more precious than anything else in the world.
Isn’t this a contradiction?
This is right and I am also right.
Nothing was wrong.
So what should he follow?
What must be done?
What should we believe in, what should we rely on, and what should we live for?
‘Amitabha Buddha.’
Why is he leaving Shaolin, which was like everything else, and entering the world of death, dressed in unsuitable black clothes?
Is the path he is currently walking on really the path he intended to take?
“monk!”
At that moment, Hyeyeon clenched her fists at the sound of a voice coming from behind her.
There was only one answer to all these questions.
‘I am not Buddha.’
Couuuuuuuuck!
Without hesitation, Kwon pushed away those who were running towards him at once.
The world calls the one who holds all the answers Buddha.
You wonder because you don’t know. We worry because we do not know, and we suffer because we do not know.
So how can we say that all this suffering is wrong?
He who does not suffer cannot move forward.
Those who ignore pain will never find enlightenment.
What he must do now is to accept all this suffering as it is.
It is about seeing with your own eyes the ‘real world’ that you could not see within the narrow confines of Shaolin and understanding that world for yourself.
So…
“Aren’t you concentrating, you idiot?!”
Hyeyeon flinched.
‘Cheongmyeong seal.’
He stepped on the steps again and moved forward quickly.
At first, I just thought it was right and I should follow it.
At that time, Hyeyeon felt disillusioned with Shaolin, whose teachings and actions were so distorted that they did not fit together.
I felt like that person could solve the pain that came from that.
But I learned it while working with Cheongmyeong.
How many turbulent turbulences are inside a person who is like the sun in the sky without even an inch of movement visible.
I worry and think again.
They endlessly push themselves as if they were being abused and somehow find the best answer within it.
He ends up finding a path for more people, not just for himself.
Sometimes that path was twisted, sometimes self-righteous, and sometimes completely wrong.
But Cheongmyeong does not get frustrated carelessly. I think about it again and again and move on.
‘Do you know the seal?’
That is the path a Buddhist must walk.
It’s something I can’t help but laugh at.
Cheongmyeong is a Taoist monk and by no means a Buddhist.
However, Cheongmyeong’s life is like a sample of the path a Buddhist should walk.
Even though the direction was different, there was no way not to imitate that attitude.
“monk! “It’s coming from the front!”
“No, you bastard! “Don’t just talk, go out and fight!”
“Me? In front of that person?”
“Or at least close the spout!”
“sympathy.”
“The death penalty is like that.”
A small smile appeared on Hyeyeon’s lips.
This is probably why Hyeyeon joins them.
‘not different.’
They too are the same.
Just as Hyeyeon struggles to pursue the noble teachings and great will of Buddha, they too are desperately pursuing the distant goal of the revival of Hwasan and the back of Cheongmyeong, who runs ahead.
There was a sense of kinship here that I had not felt even in Shaolin, where we pursued Buddhism together.
That feeling of kinship, which she felt for the first time, often comforted Hyeyeon.
I don’t feel lonely when I’m here.
Although your heart is hard and full of pain, you can gain the strength to move forward.
‘Bangjang.’
Hyeyeon’s rain touched my side.
‘Am I wrong though?’
Gooooooooo!
His fist slowly popped out.
A power with tremendous power pushed back all who stood in its way.
He clears away everything that gets in the way of everything he has built up.
Hyeyeon clearly saw the closed road opening again.
The road that continues is a narrow road.
It is a canyon full of enemies and malice.
This is a path that anyone with normal thinking should naturally avoid.
This is a path you should never tread on.
But now Hyeyeon is jumping into that path on her own.
‘Am I really wrong?’
It’s foolish and dull.
But that is the path a monk must take.
This is the path that should be taken by those who ultimately seek enlightenment by voluntarily suffering pain that they would not have to experience if they did not think about it and voluntarily committing self-abuse in the name of penance.
Quang!
Hyeyeon’s feet kicked the ground hard.
Without a single hesitation.
Jumping into a narrow ravine, he took a half-step.
‘Even if I’m wrong… if it’s a path that needs to be walked, why not walk it?’
thud!
Hyeyeon stepped forward once more.
This may be the first step Hyeyeon has taken since she came to life.
It may not be a matter of following someone else’s teachings or footsteps, but rather a first step taken without hesitation by thinking and judging for yourself.
Hyeyeon raised her head.
Enemies were lined up like a hellish basket in a cramped road with little light and no end in sight.
But Hyeyeon’s eyes were clearer and more peaceful than usual.
It’s okay if you run out of strength and collapse while going down this path.
‘What regrets can there be?’
If this is hell, this is where Hyeyeon, a Buddhist, should be.
His whole body was covered in golden light.
It was a majestic fire that emitted itself.
