Leon reached to grab Carl by the shoulder and attempted to back away with him, but a powerful wave of energy surged through Carl’s body as soon as Leon’s hand made contact with him.
The Poisonwielder released his energy through Carl to catch Leon off guard.

Not daring to be exposed to the powder they backed away and narrowly dodged the attack.

As soon as he handed he noticed that he suffered severe internal injuries from the pain radiating through the bones in his body.

Back when the Poisonwielder insisted to trade with Leon Leon knew that the Poisonwielder was plotting to attack him during the trade so he hid two daggers next to the Mirror of Sovereign.
Though the Poisonwielder’s strike injured Leon he was stabbed by the daggers during the attack as well.
“What on earth is this?” The Poisonwielder did not notice that there was poison on the dagger and simply removed them before reaching out to catch the box containing the motherwort.
